Advertiser Terms
Last updated: August 19, 2026.
These terms apply specifically to advertisers, in addition to the general Terms of Service. Working draft — have a lawyer review before real launch.
Running campaigns
- You set the commission structure, conversion event, targeting, and creator requirements for each campaign.
- New campaigns are reviewed before going live in the creator marketplace.
- You choose whether creator applications require manual approval or are approved automatically.
Reporting conversions accurately
- Conversion events reported through the API (
POST /api/v1/events) must reflect real user activity. Reporting fabricated or inflated events to avoid paying commissions is a violation of these terms. - API keys authenticate your app to the platform and must not be exposed in client-side code or shared outside your organization.
- Refund events should be reported promptly — commissions tied to refunded conversions are not paid.
Reviewing conversions
You review and approve or reject each conversion before a commission is generated. Rejecting a conversion requires a genuine reason (e.g. it doesn't meet the campaign's stated criteria, or shows signs of fraud) — commissions can't be withheld arbitrarily after a creator has generated a legitimate conversion under the campaign's published terms.
Payment
You're responsible for the commissions your campaigns generate, plus the platform fee shown on each commission record. Pausing or ending a campaign stops new commissions from accruing but doesn't affect commissions already earned.
Suspension
Organizations found to violate these terms — including misrepresenting conversion data or attempting to avoid paying earned commissions — may have their campaigns paused or their account suspended.
