What this platform is

Creator Performance Network connects app owners ("advertisers") running performance-marketing campaigns with creators who promote them for a commission on qualified conversions. The platform tracks referral clicks and conversions, calculates commissions per each campaign's stated rules, and facilitates payouts. Role-specific terms are in the Creator Terms and Advertiser Terms.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
• Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Platform fee

The platform takes a fee out of each campaign's gross commission, set per campaign by the advertiser and platform (never hidden from either party — every commission record shows the gross amount, the platform fee, and the creator's share).

Fraud and abuse

Self-referral, fake conversions, click fraud, and other manipulation of tracking data are prohibited. The platform runs automated checks for suspicious activity and reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or deny commissions found to be fraudulent, and to suspend accounts involved.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
