Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect only what the platform needs to attribute referrals and pay creators accurately:

• Account information: name, email, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
• Creator profile details you choose to add: bio, country, niche, follower counts, social handles.
• Advertiser/organization details: company name, website, industry.
• Referral activity: which campaigns you join, click and conversion counts tied to your links, and the resulting commissions.
• A hashed version of the IP address behind each click on a referral link — used only for fraud detection (for example, flagging an unusual number of clicks from one source). We do not store raw IP addresses.
• Payout information: for creators, this is limited to a Stripe Connect account identifier. We never see or store your bank account or card details — Stripe handles that directly.

What we don't collect

• Raw IP addresses (only a one-way hash, for fraud checks).
• Payment card or bank account numbers (handled entirely by Stripe).
• Any data beyond what's listed above — we don't run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.

How we use it

To operate the core loop: matching creators to campaigns, tracking clicks and conversions, calculating commissions correctly, processing payouts, and detecting fraudulent activity. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who sees what

• Advertisers see a creator's public profile (name, niche, follower counts) when reviewing applications.
• Creators never see other creators' data.
• Platform admins can access account and transaction data to operate and moderate the platform.
• Stripe processes payout account details directly; we only store the resulting account identifier.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data from your profile settings at any time. We process deletion requests and remove personal data, retaining only what we're required to keep for financial recordkeeping (for example, records of completed payouts).
