Creator Terms
Last updated: August 19, 2026.
These terms apply specifically to creators, in addition to the general Terms of Service. Working draft — have a lawyer review before real launch.
Joining campaigns
- You may apply to any open campaign matching your profile.
- Advertisers set their own follower, platform, and geographic requirements and review applications.
- An approved application gives you one referral link per campaign — don't share account access or let anyone else use your link.
Promoting honestly
- Disclose paid partnerships as required by applicable advertising law and platform policy (e.g. FTC guidelines, or the equivalent in your country).
- Don't misrepresent the product you're promoting.
- Don't generate clicks or conversions through bots, purchased traffic, or any means other than genuine audience engagement.
- You may not refer yourself — a conversion tied to your own account or identity will be rejected and may result in suspension.
Commissions and payouts
- Commission amounts and the conversion event that triggers them are set per campaign and shown before you apply.
- New commissions sit in a hold period (set per campaign) before becoming available, to allow for refunds and fraud review.
- Commissions tied to a refunded or fraudulent conversion are not paid, and may be reversed if already marked available.
- Payouts require a connected Stripe account. The platform never sees or stores your bank details directly — Stripe handles that.
- A minimum payout threshold applies; see your earnings dashboard for the current amount.
Account status
New creator accounts are reviewed before approval. Accounts found to violate these terms — including self-referral, fake engagement, or fraudulent conversions — may be suspended, with pending commissions withheld pending review.
